To prepare: Fill the jar with your preferred spirit, fruit juice or sparkling water and infuse in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 days. Shake well and strain into 1.5oz shots. At this stage sip as is or mix it in with some additional tonic and/or juice. Makes up to 8 servings and can be infused twice (for up to 16 servings).
